Shipping Policy: We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure that you get the fewest shipments possible we will do our best to ship everything to you at once.

If we need to send you more than one shipment we will only charge you once for the total value of your order. To make sure your order arrives safely, we recommend that you or someone else is available to sign for delivery.

Same Day Shipping: Orders received by 3pm are usually shipped same day.
Imprint orders will require an additional 2-5 business days to ship
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the Continental United States
Outside the Continental U.S. will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
USPS service available upon request with additional shipping charges.
A business day is Monday through Friday.
Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays
USPS Delivery is not available on Sunday, or Holidays.
Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control.

Returns:
● Inspect your shipment upon arrival.
● Contact us in the event of damaged or defective merchandise.
● All claims must be made within 10 days of purchase.
● No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
● Include a copy of your invoice with your return.
● We do not accept returns on single leaves or mats, custom imprinted items or
any discontinued or closeout items unless there was a defect in material or workmanship.
